Alastair[1] Scott is a one-off although important character who appears in the episode "The Fashion Show". He attended sixth form at Rudge Park Comprehensive as a student. He gets tired easily and has a wheelchair because of it. He is portrayed by actor Steven Webb.
Background[]
During being a student, Alastair had to temporarily leave due to him having kidney failure. When he returned to school, a fashion show with money involved partook to raise money for a new dialysis machine for St Margaret's charity.
Personality[]
Alastair can be nice at times, but is generally rude to most people. It seems that he is nicer around women than men, presumably as he wants to experience romance. He has been described a few times as a "dick".
Alastair has a hatred towards student Will McKenzie because he was trying to stop people from handing-in money for the school's fashion show because he found it to be a "popularity parade" and an "egotistical vanity fest". Another reason he dislikes Will is because he finds him to act like a hypocrite. With this hatred in mind, Alastair reacted to it ridiculously and even tried getting physical.
Alastair has seen to overreact sometimes and he is quite sensitive. An example can be when Will put a table cloth over him and he reacted by yelling and saying "don't touch me".
